The Revival of 1980’s Fashion
With a new year, you have been considering some major changes, this might be the time to go out with the old, or maybe back in with the old. If so, I let use some of my passion in fashion as a tribute for anti – fashion last decades.
Madonna was the well – know fashion icon that year with her “Like A Virgin” outfits. Aside from that, skinny jeans, flat ankle boots, neon, big -size blazers, shoulder pads, waist – cinching belts, high – waisted pants, rah – rah skirts, off-the-shoulder necklines, sack dresses, flat oxfords, banded tops, plastic jewelry, bat -winged sleeves, ankle length pants, some leg warmers and leggings, and Ponte pants were among the top sets.
One thing is for sure thing this year, the designers will do the great job to revive the 1980’s fashion to a more glamorous and modern compared to the fashion 20 years ago. Thus, there’s no reason we don’t welcome the resurrection of 80’s fashion with wide open arms.
