Extra Ordinary Chanel Fashion Show With IceBerg from Sweden

The over-the-top Arctic production once again raised the bar for the French luxury powerhouse, whose high-budget theatrical presentations and larger-than-life celebrity designer have helped make it one of the most highly anticipated shows on the Paris calendar. AP
What makes Chanel fashion show different from other Winter/autumn shows? It’s the combination of fake fur and crystal-edged chiffon plus an iceberg shipped from Sweden.
Karl Lagerfeld makes Paris colder by setting up iceberg in a fashion show. Guests of the show were surprised when the ice bergs rose when the show started as they were hidden in huge box.
For me, that was one of the extravagant shows of Karl, that shivers not only the models but as well as the entire fashionistas in the show.
These models reminds me of Wookiee of Star Wars saga from George Lucas’s earliest drafts that orginate in his film THX1138.
White is cool, but wearing white from head to toe is something different.
Models are wearing fur-covered tweed skirt suits with cavewomen boots. Jenny Barchfield of AP call it “climate change chic, Chanel style”.
The Finale, of course, I was expecting Karl Lagerfeld was there with his models.
