Water A Woman’s Bestfriend

My doctor required me to drink 16 glasses of water daily. What? Oh boy wish I can do that, and I have to. The reason why I need to drink plenty of water is for elimination of toxic inside my body and to protect my urinary tract from infection and stone formation. And the cheapest way to do that is to increase my water intake.
However, aside from that benefit, water is also a woman’s bestfriend to have a healthy glowing skin as well as best in losing weight.

Water for Healthy Skin. It is a natural moisturizer for the skin. Enough water intake helps proper functioning of all parts of the body including the skin. It helps the skin stay hydrated and prevents dry skin. But of course drinking plenty of water alone does not make a difference in combating dry skin. You have to treat dry skin also with moisturizer or lotion for dry skin.

Water for Weight Loss. Adequate water is highly recommended in losing weight. Dr. Joshi that helped Kate Moss, Gywenth Paltrow and Sodie Frost to have a sexy body through his Holistic Detox.
