Gossip Girl is one of my favorite TV shows for Fashion ideas. Yes I am only interested on the clothes they wear, not on how scandalous or complicated their lives.
Blake Lively aka Serena Van der Woodsen will have another formal event in the upcoming Gossip Girl season. So it is expected she’s wearing an amazing gown for that occasion.

This black and white gown with great blue jeweled neckline and waist is one of the Jenny Packham’s Fall 2010 collection, paired with black and blue pumps. What can you say about Serena’s prints gown is it amazingly fits her or not?
